Commerce platform for florists

The commerce platform for florist businesses.

E-commerce storefront, point of sale (POS), order and production management, delivery dispatch, event and wedding proposals, and CRM — one platform, on your own domain, billed in Canadian dollars with no per-order commission.

  • No per-order commission
  • Your domain, your customer data
  • Guided data migration and onboarding
The product

Built to run the whole operation.

Storefront, point of sale, production, delivery, proposals, and CRM share one set of records, so an order entered once moves through every stage without re-keying.

  • 01

    Point of sale

Process in-store sales against the same records as the storefront: card message and delivery details captured on the order, payment taken by cash or by card through Stripe Terminal or Moneris, receipt printed.

See the point of sale →
  • 02

    Order and production management

Orders from every channel enter one production queue, each with its component list generated from the order itself — stems, counts, and the delivery or pickup time the designer is working to.

    See order management →
  • 03

    Delivery dispatch

Zone and slot based dispatch with routed driver lists. The buyer receives a delivery window, a tracking link, and a delivery photo on completion.

What each module does.

E-commerce storefront

A branded online store on your own domain, selling your catalogue direct.

  • What it does: takes web orders under your own brand, with delivery-date selection, zone rules, and cutoff times applied at checkout
  • Also included: bilingual English and French storefronts, subscriptions and loyalty, pricing in Canadian dollars with GST/HST/PST applied by province
  • See the e-commerce storefront →
Point of sale (POS)

In-store selling on the same order records as the storefront.

  • What it does: rings in-store sales, holds the card message and delivery details on the order, and takes one payment method per sale — cash, or card through Stripe Terminal or Moneris
  • Also included: receipt and ticket printing, and sale totals in Canadian dollars with provincial tax calculated on the line
  • See the full platform →
Order and production management

One queue for web, phone, and in-store orders, from accepted through to ready.

  • What it does: generates the component list from the order, sequences work by delivery or pickup time, and shows the stage every order is at
  • Built for peak weeks: capacity capped by hour and by zone, with the queue sorted by delivery window rather than order time
  • Book a demo →
Event and wedding proposals

Priced proposals sent as a link, accepted online, and carried through to production.

  • What it does: builds a proposal with line-item pricing and your terms, sends it as a share link, and records acceptance with a timestamp
  • After acceptance: the component lists behind the proposal move into the production queue and on to delivery on the same records
  • See event and wedding proposals →
Delivery dispatch and routing

Zones, slots, and routed driver lists for every delivery day.

  • What it does: applies cutoffs by zone and by slot, groups stops into routed driver lists, and records a delivery photo on completion
  • What the buyer receives: a delivery window, a tracking link, and confirmation once the order is delivered
  • See delivery dispatch →
Customer relationship management (CRM)

One customer record holding order history, recipients, card messages, and notes.

  • What it does: keeps every order, recipient, card message, and account note on the customer record, available to any staff member serving that account
  • Also included: standing orders, loyalty balances, and export of customer and order data at any time
  • See the CRM →
Commercial terms

The commercial terms, stated up front.

Every plan includes.

  • Your own domain — the e-commerce storefront runs under your own brand
  • Billing in Canadian dollars — flat monthly pricing, published in full
  • Bilingual storefront — English and French, with GST/HST/PST handled by province
  • Implementation and support — data migration, configuration, and support through go-live and after
  • Your data, exportable — customers, orders, and component lists export at any time

No plan ever includes.

  • A per-order commission — not on storefront orders, not on POS sales, not on events
  • A contract — billing is month to month and can be cancelled at any time
  • Setup fees — data migration and configuration are part of the plan

From first call to first order, in three steps.

  1. Demonstration
Thirty minutes against your own product data rather than a demo account, covering the modules relevant to your operation. If the platform is not a fit, we say so on the call.
  2. Data migration
Customers, catalogue, component lists, standing orders, and delivery zones are migrated and staged for your review before anything goes live.
  3. Go live
The storefront cuts over, the POS takes its first sale, and we stay on hand through the first two weeks. Most businesses are fully switched inside a week.

Common questions.

More on the full questions page.

Do you take a percentage of my orders?

No. You pay a flat monthly price in Canadian dollars, your card processor charges its standard rate, and that is the whole arrangement. There is no per-order fee on any channel, including event and wedding orders.

What happens to my data if I leave?

It leaves with you. Customers, orders, component lists, and proposals export to CSV at any time, without asking us and without a fee. Customer records belong to your business.

How long does moving to FlorioPosy take?

Most businesses are fully switched inside a week; a single-operator setup can be an afternoon. We run the migration with you — catalogue, customers, component lists, delivery zones — and run a day in parallel before anything goes live.

Can it handle Valentine's week?

Peak weeks are a design requirement. Delivery slots are capped by hour and by zone, the production queue sorts by delivery window rather than order time, and stops are grouped into routed runs for drivers. We configure those caps with you in advance.

What Canadian capabilities are built in?

Multi-currency pricing with CAD, GST/HST/PST calculated by province with reporting for remittance, bilingual English and French storefronts, and Canadian payment processing through Moneris and Stripe. The details are on the Canada page.

What does it cost?

Three flat plans in CAD: Studio at $149, Shop at $349, and Multi-shop at $549 a month, billed monthly with no contract. Full inclusions for each are on the pricing page, including what no plan ever includes.
