Wedding and event management, from proposal to production.
FlorioPosy handles event and wedding proposals on the same platform as your point of sale (POS), order management, production management and delivery dispatch. Proposals are itemized and priced from your component lists, accepted online, and converted to an order without re-entry.
Itemized proposals, priced from your component lists.
Descriptive line items with quantities and pricing drawn from your own component lists and costs, photographs from your product gallery, and your terms attached. The proposal is sent as a link, accepted online by the client, and converted to an order with production work and purchasing attached.
One proposal. One acceptance. One order.

Branded, itemized proposals
A cover image, palette, descriptive line items and your own terms on a single document, priced from your component lists and produced entirely in the platform.

02
Acceptance converts to an order
When the client accepts, the proposal becomes the order — component lists, production work for the event week, and delivery for the date — with a purchasing list rolled up from the stem counts.

Event pipeline in the CRM
Every enquiry opens an event record in the customer relationship management (CRM) system and moves through a defined pipeline from first contact to booked date, with contacts, dates, follow-ups and status in one view beside daily retail orders.
FAQ.
- How do deposits work?
- Deposit terms are part of the proposal itself — the percentage, the schedule and the cancellation policy, in your own wording, on the document the client accepts. The proposal holds the total and the terms on the record, and you collect on your own schedule.
- Can I use my own contract terms?
- Yes. Terms and conditions are set once in the proposal template and carried on every proposal. The client’s acceptance is recorded and timestamped against the full document.
- What happens after a client accepts?
- The proposal converts to an order: the line items keep their component lists, purchasing is rolled up from the stem counts, and the event appears in production management and delivery dispatch beside daily orders. No data is re-entered.
- Where are event enquiries tracked?
- In the event pipeline in the CRM — every enquiry tracked from first contact to booked date, with its own notes, follow-ups and status, beside your daily orders.
- Can events and daily retail run on one system?
- Yes. Events, retail orders and the storefront share one customer database, one catalog and one delivery schedule: the same customer record carries the event history, the same delivery run covers a Saturday wedding and weekday orders, and the same component lists price both. The platform is developed continuously, with regular releases and a roadmap informed by the businesses running on it.
