About FlorioPosy

A commerce platform, built for florists.

FlorioPosy is a technology company. We build and operate a commerce platform for florist businesses — point of sale (POS), e-commerce storefront, order and production management, delivery dispatch, and customer relationship management (CRM) in one system. Pricing is a flat monthly subscription in Canadian dollars, with no commission on orders.

What we build.

FlorioPosy builds and operates one commerce platform for florist businesses. It covers point of sale (POS), an e-commerce storefront on the shop’s own domain, order and production management, delivery dispatch and routing, event and wedding proposals, and customer relationship management (CRM) — a single system of record rather than a set of parts to be joined together.

The platform is under continuous development. Capability ships on a regular release cadence, and the roadmap is set from what operators using the system ask for, so the product grows with the businesses running on it. The commercial terms are deliberately fixed alongside it: a flat monthly subscription rather than a share of revenue, and every record the business generates — customers, orders, proposals — remains its own and exports on demand.

Canadian market capability

Canadian requirements, handled in the product.

  • 01

    Canadian payment processing

Card payments are processed through Moneris or Stripe and settle to a Canadian bank account. In store, the POS takes one payment method per sale — cash, or card on a connected terminal.

  • 02

    Priced and billed in CAD

Subscriptions are quoted, invoiced, and charged in Canadian dollars, so the monthly cost is a fixed figure that does not move with the exchange rate. The storefront supports multi-currency pricing, with CAD as the base currency.

  • 03

    Bilingual storefronts, tax by province

The e-commerce storefront runs in English and French. Tax is calculated and itemised by province — HST, GST + PST, or GST + QST — on receipts and invoices, with a remittance report that reconciles collected tax at filing time.

Our commitments

Four commitments to every customer. In writing.

  • 01

We do not compete with our customers

FlorioPosy’s only revenue is the platform subscription. We sell software, not flowers, and we never transact on behalf of the businesses that run on it.

  • 02

    Your data stays exportable

Customers, orders, product records, and event proposals export to CSV at any time, without a request process and without a fee. Retention should be earned by the product, not by the cost of leaving it.

  • 03

    No term contracts

Every plan is month to month. There are no minimum commitments and no cancellation windows, and the price is a fixed amount in Canadian dollars.

  • 04

We do not market to your customers

Messages sent from the platform go out under the shop’s own name and branding. FlorioPosy does not appear in customer inboxes, and no promotion of ours is attached to receipts or delivery notifications.

The first thirty days, step by step.

  1. Week one · planning
A walkthrough of the platform against your own product list. We review your existing data, your domain, and your payment processor, and document the migration plan on that call.
  2. Week one · migration
Customer records, product catalogue, and delivery zones are imported while your existing system keeps running. You review everything imported before any of it goes live.
  3. End of week one · cutover
A day of parallel running to verify the data, then cutover: the storefront live on your domain, the POS taking orders, and the previous system retained read-only for reference.
  4. Weeks two to four · tuning
Delivery zones refined, peak-period order caps set, and the configuration questions that surface only in live use answered as they come up.
Support

Support is included on every plan.

Support is part of every plan at no additional charge, and there is no premium tier to buy. It covers configuration, day-to-day operation, and the questions that come with peak trading periods. Email info@florioposy.ca and a member of our team responds.
