Event and wedding proposals, built into the platform.

Build itemized proposals for weddings and events: descriptive line items priced from your component lists, photos from your product gallery, your own terms attached, and a link the client accepts online. Acceptance is recorded and timestamped, and the accepted proposal converts to an order.

Capabilities

Three core capabilities.

  • 01

    Itemized, component-priced quoting

Every line carries a full description and is priced from its components — every stem, in the count required — using your own costs. Margin stays visible to your team and never appears on the client’s copy.

  • 02

    Acceptance converts to an order

An accepted proposal becomes an order: component lists, production work for the event week and delivery for the date, plus a purchasing list rolled up from the stem counts. No data is re-entered between quote and fulfilment.

  • 03

    Event pipeline in the CRM

Every enquiry opens an event record in the customer relationship management (CRM) system and moves through a defined pipeline from first contact to booked date, with dates, contacts, budget and status in one view. The module is under active development, with regular releases and a roadmap informed by the businesses running events on the platform.

The detail

Accepted online, recorded and timestamped.

The proposal is sent as a link and opens on any device. The client accepts it online — the acceptance is recorded and timestamped against your terms, and the proposal converts to an order. Nothing is printed or scanned.

One event, end to end

From enquiry to final invoice, in one record.

  1. 01

    Enquiry captured

An enquiry from your e-commerce storefront or taken in store opens an event record: date, venue, contact and budget — with every note and revision held against that record.

  2. 02

    Proposal built

Line items are built from your component lists and your costs, with photos from your own product gallery. Margin is visible to your team and excluded from the client’s copy.

  3. 03

    Accepted online

The proposal is sent as a link and accepted on any device. The acceptance is recorded and timestamped, and the deposit is charged on the schedule you set.

  4. 04

    Converted to production

On acceptance, every component list in the event rolls into a single stem count and a purchasing list for your wholesaler, and production tickets appear in order management in the week of the event.

  5. 05

    Invoiced on schedule

The payment schedule runs on its own: deposit on acceptance, balance before the event date, final invoice on the record. Changes are priced as they are made, so the closing total matches what was agreed.

Proposal questions.

Can I use my own contract?

Yes. Your terms attach to every proposal, and each acceptance is recorded and timestamped against them. What the client accepts online is your document.

How do deposits work?

A percentage or a flat amount, charged when the proposal is accepted online, with the balance scheduled for a date you set. Deposits and balances are processed through your own Stripe or Moneris account.

Does it roll up stem counts across an event?

Yes — every component list in the event rolls into one stem count and one purchasing list, so the wholesale order covers the full event, ceremony through centrepieces.
