Is there a per-order commission?
No. Customers pay you directly, your payment processor charges its standard rate (Stripe or Moneris), and FlorioPosy charges the monthly subscription. There are no transaction fees and no revenue share.
How does the platform handle peak periods?
Delivery capacity is set by hourly slot with per-zone cutoffs, and substitution rules are configured from the component list. The order board sorts by delivery window rather than order time, and dispatch groups stops into driver routes. Phone orders are entered on the same point of sale (POS) screen, capturing delivery date, zone, and card message on the call.
What marketing capability is included?
Every plan includes an e-commerce storefront built for search — structured pages, a sitemap, and English and French versions — automated review requests after delivery, and email and text broadcasts. Shop adds triggered sends, including occasion reminders and abandoned-cart recovery. Multi-shop adds multi-step email and SMS journeys, a weekly performance summary, and customer satisfaction surveys. Campaign strategy and paid advertising remain outside the scope of the platform.
Can I keep my existing domain?
Yes, and we recommend it. The storefront runs on your own domain, under your branding, using one of our themes. Inbound links and search authority accrue to your domain.
How does migration work?
Every plan includes a guided migration. We import customer records, standing orders, and event and wedding proposals, then map them to the matching records in FlorioPosy. Shop and Multi-shop include a dedicated migration manager. Most shops are fully moved within a week.
Does the platform support Canadian tax and payments?
Yes. Payments are processed through Stripe or Moneris, tax is applied as GST, HST, or PST by province with reporting for remittance, storefronts run in English and French, and pricing and accounting exports are in Canadian dollars.
What is the contract term?
Month-to-month, with cancellation at any time. Customer records, orders, and proposals export to CSV whenever you need them, including on the way out. The data is yours.
