  1. Walkthrough
    A 30-minute call with a florist on our team. We look at what you have now — data, domain, processors — and write the migration plan on the same call.
  2. Import
    We pull customers, orders, recipes, and proposals from your current systems. You review a diff. Nothing goes live yet.
  3. Dress rehearsal
    A day of parallel running. Your team places a few real orders in FlorioPosy while the old system stays on. We fix anything odd before it matters.
  4. Cutover
    DNS switches. Storefront goes live. Old system is set to read-only for reference. We're on chat with you for the first two weeks.

Our promise.

We won't move you if it isn't right. Sometimes a shop is fine on Shopify. Sometimes the wire service is the cheapest option that particular month. On the walkthrough, we tell you. If the numbers don't work for your shop, we say so and send you back to your Sunday.

When they do work, we move you. Data is exported to CSV at the end if you ever leave — because it's yours, not ours.
