Switching · From Curate

A Curate alternative for florists whose shop is more than events.

Curate is a serious events platform, and wedding florists get real work done in it. It's also only the events side: no retail POS, no counter, no storefront. FlorioPosy treats the wedding book as one surface of a whole shop — the same system that rings up Tuesday's walk-ins.

What moves, and when.

We move
  • Wedding and event proposals, with their recipes and pricing
  • Client records and payment schedules
  • Your proposal template, rebuilt in the book's format — with a signature line
  • Typical timeline: 4–6 days
What changes day one

The bride's proposal, her deposit, her day-of run sheet, and her anniversary next year all live on one customer file — beside the walk-in orders her mother places at your counter. One system remembers the whole relationship.

The move itself. Under a week.

  1. Walkthrough
Thirty minutes with a florist on our team. If your business is events-only and Curate fits it, we'll tell you to stay. If the retail side is duct-taped to it, that's the conversation.
  2. Import & rehearsal
Proposals, clients, and recipes come across. Mind the calendar: their termination terms run to the end of your contract year, so we plan cutover around your renewal date.
  3. Cutover
New proposals go out from the book. We're on chat with you through your first wedding on the new system.
