The Lovingly alternative you can read before you sign.
Lovingly's model is a share of every order, at a rate set in your private order form. Ours is a flat price on a public page. Both are legitimate ways to run a software company — but only one lets you do the math before the sales call.
What the agreements say, side by side.
Lovingly terms from the Shop Services Agreement, Retailer Terms of Service, and Point of Sale Agreement published at lovingly.ai/legal, and their order-breakdown help article, accessed July 23, 2026. Their agreements state all amounts in US dollars, including for Canadian florists. Subscription prices and the standard transaction-fee rate are not published. If Lovingly updates its agreements, tell us and we'll correct this page.
What moves, and when.
If Lovingly hosts your domain, the transfer-back process runs on their timeline and their paid-in-full condition. We help you request it on day one, in writing, so the keys arrive before cutover — not after.
The move itself. A week, at most.
