Lovingly terms from the Shop Services Agreement, Retailer Terms of Service, and Point of Sale Agreement published at lovingly.ai/legal, and their order-breakdown help article, accessed July 23, 2026. Their agreements state all amounts in US dollars, including for Canadian florists. Subscription prices and the standard transaction-fee rate are not published. If Lovingly updates its agreements, tell us and we'll correct this page.

Start the domain clock early

If Lovingly hosts your domain, the transfer-back process runs on their timeline and their paid-in-full condition. We help you request it on day one, in writing, so the keys arrive before cutover — not after.

The move itself. A week, at most.

  1. Walkthrough
    Thirty minutes with a florist on our team. Bring a month of order breakdowns; we'll compute your effective per-order rate together and compare it to a flat bill.
  2. Import & rehearsal
    Catalog and customers come across; your storefront is rebuilt on a domain you hold. A day of parallel running before cutover.
  3. Cutover
    DNS switches to your storefront. We're on chat with you for the first two weeks.
